Terms of service

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

• Cooling-off Period: The period during which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.
• Consumer: A natural person who is not acting in the course of a profession or business and who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
• Day: Calendar day.
• Ongoing Contract: A distance contract for a series of products and/or services where the supply and/or purchase obligations are spread over time.
• Durable Medium: Any device that allows the consumer or entrepreneur to store information addressed personally to them in a way that makes future consultation and unaltered reproduction possible.
• Right of Withdrawal: The consumer’s option to withdraw from the distance contract within the cooling-off period.
• Entrepreneur: A natural or legal person who offers products and/or services to consumers at a distance.
• Distance Contract: A contract concluded within the framework of an organized system by the entrepreneur for the remote sale of products and/or services, using one or more means of distance communication up to and including the conclusion of the contract.
• Means of Distance Communication: A method that can be used for concluding a contract without the consumer and entrepreneur being physically present in the same place at the same time.
• General Terms and Conditions: The present general terms and conditions of the entrepreneur.

Article 3 – Applicability

These General Terms and Conditions apply to every offer from the entrepreneur as well as every distance contract and order concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Before concluding a distance contract, the consumer will be provided with the text of these General Terms and Conditions. If this is not reasonably possible, the consumer will be informed of where the terms can be accessed at the entrepreneur’s premises and that they can be sent free of charge upon request.

If a distance contract is concluded electronically, the text of these General Terms and Conditions may be made available to the consumer in an electronic format so that they can be easily stored on a durable medium. If this is not possible, the consumer will be informed of where the General Terms and Conditions can be consulted electronically and that they can be sent free of charge by electronic or other means upon request.

If specific conditions apply in addition to these General Terms and Conditions for certain products or services, the above provisions also apply to those specific conditions. In the event of conflicting terms, the consumer may rely on the provision that is most favorable to them.
